Yes,
I want to help you engage women in the political
process! Add me to your email
list.

and keep informed:
Since the time women won the right to vote we
have made a significant impact on politics and
policies. We provide unique perspectives and sensibilities
to which political leaders must pay attention.
We wield real political power and it is our responsibility
to use it wisely.
Take the time to get to know political candidates
and then support those you feel best represent
you. While women are more than 50% of the voters
they represent only a small percentage of the
candidates and contributors. We need to improve
the odds.
- If you’re not registered to vote, register
today.
- Vote in every election.
- Support candidates in the way that works
best for you, put a sign in your yard, volunteer
for campaigns, write letters to the editor,
tell your friends, etc.
- Make contributions, no matter the amount.
Women candidates, on average, raise less money
than their male counterparts. And, women contribute,
on average, significantly less than men. Your
financial contribution combined with that of
other women improves the odds.
